I have used chatvps.com quite a while now. I operate a number of virtual servers for customers to web server, mail server, database, etc. I have used the feedback on chatvps.com to select a provider who is best.
In recent times I have bought vps, I've used serversky.com. I am very impressed with what they offer. They have Windows 2008 R2 on all virtual servers, and recently updated to SP1. Smallest package is $25 which is pretty cheap since it includes the Windows license. They also have an Android mobile application that allows me 24 / 7 keep me updated on my clients' servers. Nice!
