As soon as your order is placed the installation of your VPS begins, and you should be all set to go within an hour or less. HSPComplete also allows you to install additional software, upgrade your VPS, add IPs, and update your billing/contact information without needing to go through our support channels.

I've used their services for about a year. Aside from a major network outage a few months ago, they are always quick to respond to tickets and are pretty reliable in general.
